Objective : In this position you will prepare laundry facility orders for existing customers. Utilizing all types of building materials such as plumbing, electrical, assembly, panel construction, and measuring.

Container Assembly Responsibilities :

• Perform a variety of duties associated with the construction of military shelters
• Plumbing, Electrical and assembly
• Blueprint reading
• Use a tape measure
• Have the ability to use hand and power tools
• Engage in dynamic standing for 8-10 hours per day
• Proficiently assemble products according to specifications, blueprints, and work instructions
• Coordinates with production planners and supervision to insure timely completion of production orders
• Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the assembly process.
• Enforces safety rules and conducts safety inspections of area of responsibility.
• Responsible for 5S and actively participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance assembly processes, productivity, and efficiency.
• Effectively communicate with supervisors, peers, and other departments to coordinate workflow and address any issues or concerns.
• Able to check parts to engineering drawings using precision measuring equipment
• Supports, communicates, reinforces and defends the mission, values and culture of the organization
• Adheres to all quality and safety standards
• Supports other projects and performs duties as assigned

Container Assembly Minimum Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• High attention to detail
• Plumbing or construction background required
• Electrical experience required
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Mastery of hand and power tools commonly used in assembly processes.
• Experience with various assembly techniques, including soldering, welding, riveting, and fastening.
• Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of assembly equipment and machinery.
• Several years of experience in manufacturing or assembly roles, preferably in a related industry.
• Demonstrated ability to perform complex assembly tasks with precision and efficiency.
• Experience with quality control processes and techniques to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
• Understanding of manufacturing principles and processes, including lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations applicable to the manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with industry-specific standards and regulations relevant to the products being assembled.

Shift : Monday Friday 5 : 00am 2 : 30pm

Wage : $21-$25 / hour
